General OPD Services: The centre is catering a services to 150 to 200 patient per day @ Rs. 1.00 in which we are providing free consultation along with free medicines required by the patient.

Specialty and Super Specialty Services: We are providing consultation from well-known and experienced doctors and charging only Rs. 20/- from the patient to help the poor and needy person.

Dental Services: We have four dental machines (Kavo) which are of best quality. We are having experienced dental surgeons to treat over the patient at very low rate.

Pathology Lab.: Our lab is equipped with all modern machines for testing including EM-200 Fully Automatic Analizer for Biochemistry and Sysmex for Hematology. Jan Kalyan can conduct all types of tests like Blood Group Test, Blood Sugar Test (PP & Fasting), HBA1C, TYPHI DOT, MALARIA ANTIGEN, DENGUE SEROLOGY, THYROID PROFILE, PSA, CHOLESTROL, LFT, HEAMOGLOBIN etc. and complete Health Check up.

Ultrasound and Digital X-Ray: We are providing ultrasound (GE) and X-ray services at very low rate .

E.C.G Department: We do ECG at a nominal cost.

Medicine Department: The department of Medicine is being run by well qualified doctors.

General Surgical Department: Department of Surgery is run by a well qualified consultant. This department is opened from Tuesday to Sunday from 11 AM to 1 PM.

Skin Department: The dermatology department offers procedures and services both investigative and curative, pertaining to general dermatology, cosmetic dermatology and venereology. Comprehensive consultation and treatment is provided two well qualified dermatologist. One is available from Tuesday to Sunday from 11 AM to 1 PM and another is available on Sunday from 10.30 A.M. to 11:30 A.M..

Gynecology & Obs. Department: Gynaecology clinics are conducted on Tuesday and Thursday by the senior residents and consultants.

| Eye Department: The centre catering a services 40 to 50 patient per day and we are doing phaco operation @Rs. 7500. Time to time we are organized Free Eye camps to serve the needy and poor patients. |

Orthopedic Department: The Department of Orthopedics is one of most advanced and up to date in the field of orthopaedics. It is having a faculty of consultants, each pursuing a specialist field along with general orthopaedic work.

Sliming & Physiotherapy: We have well equipped Physiotherapy and Slimming Center to match with the requirement of modern period. This center is equipped with Heating machine to conduct ‘Short web Diathermy’ and ‘Inter Ferential’ Therapy to treat Cervical Problems and Lumbers Spondilytis. Ultrasonic is being used for Tender point. We use Lesser from Electrocare to treat Acute Injury. We conduct ‘Cervical Traction’ to treat ‘Headache related to Cervical and Vertigo’. The Lumber Traction is being used for Lumber Spondilytis

Dialysis Centre: We are doing dialysis appxo.1000 per month and charging only Rs. 800/- per dialysis which is far-far less from any other centre in Delhi.

| Lab Services: We are providing all lab tests to the patient at very nominal rate compared to other centre. Rate list has been enclosed with the letter. |
